Last updated: 2026-06-15
This document follows your site language. When using X, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or TikTok features, you must also comply with each platform's applicable terms. If any discrepancy arises, the English version prevails; other languages are for reference only.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and NaiPost Operations Team ("we", "us") regarding your use of the NaiPost website and related services ("Service").
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
NaiPost is an AI-assisted creation and content management platform for creators worldwide, offering copy generation, link extraction/rewriting, image and voice synthesis, video processing, and—where available and after you authorize connected accounts—publishing to third-party platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
The Service may include free quotas and paid VIP features. Features, platform availability, regional restrictions, and pricing are as displayed on the website. We may modify or suspend features due to third-party APIs, policies, or compliance requirements and do not guarantee third-party platform availability.
X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and their logos are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of these platforms.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. You must not use the Service to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, reputation, or other rights of others;
- Evade platform moderation, engage in fake engagement, false advertising, or misleading marketing;
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt system security;
- Abuse automation, reverse engineer, scrape non-public APIs, or resell the Service;
- Process personal data of minors below the legal age or solicit such data from minors;
- Violate applicable laws, export controls, sanctions, or regulatory requirements;
- Violate the terms, community guidelines, ad policies, or developer policies of publishing platforms (including X, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar services);
- Fail to comply with mandatory obligations in your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent laws where applicable).
5. Third-Party Platforms and Regional Compliance
NaiPost is not an agent, partner, or official product of X Corp., Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok/ByteDance, or their affiliates. When you connect accounts or publish through the Service, you must comply with each platform's applicable terms, privacy policies, community standards, and advertising/commercial disclosure rules in your region.
Availability, cross-border data rules, age limits, political ads, and restricted industries vary by country/region. You are solely responsible for confirming that (1) you may lawfully use these platforms in your jurisdiction, (2) your content and publishing comply with local law and platform rules, and (3) you complete any required business verification, ad labels, or AI-content disclosures.
We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for failures to publish, account restrictions, regional blocks, or data loss caused by third-party policy changes, API limits, enforcement actions, or moderation decisions. Remedies must be pursued directly with the relevant platform.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Service outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for specific contexts.
AI outputs are for reference only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice. You must review, edit, and assume full responsibility before publishing or using outputs.
We make no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, legality, commercial usability, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs.
You must not misrepresent AI outputs as fully human-created where platform rules require disclosure of AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in the Service software, UI, trademarks, documentation, and technology belongs to us or our licensors. Except as expressly granted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
You retain rights in your input content. To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, and improve the Service.
Subject to applicable law and compliant use, you may use AI outputs for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and third-party model/provider restrictions. You are responsible for obtaining rights to any third-party materials referenced in outputs.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
Pricing, billing cycles, and VIP benefits are as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers, whose terms also apply.
Unless required by law, digital services are generally non-refundable once activated. Contact support if you were charged in error due to system failure.
We may adjust pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; changes typically do not affect your current active billing period.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by network issues, third-party services, force majeure, or maintenance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or CNY 100, whichever is higher, capped at actual fees paid.
12. Indemnification
If a third party (including platform operators, rights holders, users, or regulators) brings a claim, investigation, or penalty against us, our affiliates, personnel, or developers arising from your breach of these Terms, platform rules, applicable law, or your content, connected accounts, or publishing conduct, you will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from resulting losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees), and liabilities to the extent permitted by law.
We may (but need not) assume defense and settlement of any matter; you may not settle in a way that imposes non-monetary or ongoing liability on us without our written consent.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose security risks, or as required by regulators, with or without notice where permitted.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We will handle data per our Privacy Policy, except data we must retain by law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to a court with jurisdiction where we primarily operate.
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may retain mandatory consumer protection rights under local law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and publish them at https://naipost.com. Material changes will be notified via website notice, email, or other reasonable means.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

You represent that you have necessary rights in content to be published; that content does not infringe third-party IP, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; and that publishing will not impose unauthorized liability on us or platform providers.
